How do I enroll in a course or webinar?
Start from Courses & Programs or Webinars, choose an option, and complete checkout. If you are unsure which program fits, contact us before purchasing.

What do I receive after payment?
After checkout confirmation, we email access details to the address you provide. For live webinars, you also receive the session link and logistics.
If you do not see the email within a reasonable time, check spam and then contact our team.
Do you offer certificates?
Some programs may include a completion confirmation. If a certificate is available, it will be stated on the relevant course page before purchase.
Can I switch formats?
In many cases, you can start with a webinar and later move into a guided program. Availability depends on schedules and seats for live sessions.

Online courses
Self-paced modules with clear outcomes and practice tasks. Some courses include optional live office hours when listed.
Good for consistent weekly study.
Webinars
Live sessions with Q&A. Webinar dates are published on the webinars page and use Eastern Time unless stated otherwise.
Typical duration: 60 to 75 minutes.
Masterclasses
Focused workshops that go deep on one topic with guided exercises. Useful for skill refresh or targeted practice.
Best when you want a single-session sprint.
Intensives
Short, paced programs with a tighter schedule and more frequent checkpoints. Seat limits may apply.
Typical cycle: 2 to 3 weeks.
Where do I find dates?
Published schedules appear on Webinars and within each program listing on Courses & Programs.
How long are sessions?
Many live sessions run 60 to 75 minutes. If a session has a different duration, the listing will state it clearly.
Who teaches the live sessions?
Sessions may be taught by NorthLearn instructors and, for select topics, invited specialists. Guest participation and scope are stated on the event listing.
